I follow how the EU regulates technology companies. Watch the AI Act, the Digital Services Act, the Digital Markets Act, the GDPR and the Data Act: European Commission decisions, guidance, consultations and investigations; fines and orders by national data protection and digital regulators in EU member states and the UK; and rulings of the Court of Justice of the EU on these laws. A development is a published decision, a fine, a formal investigation, new or amended guidance, a court ruling or a compliance deadline.
