You pay for the subjects Relay watches, not for the people who read them. For a group that would rather split the cost of one brief, there is Community.

Every plan includes

• A briefing on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, every day, or once a week, at the time you choose
• Search across the English-language press or the languages your subject is reported in
• Your own sources and pages, read in full on every run
• Every story with what happened, why it matters to you, and links to its sources

Questions and answers

Do I pay for each person who reads?

Not on Professional, Professional Plus or Team. Those are priced by agents, and on Team everyone on your desk and in your Slack or Telegram channels reads at no extra cost. Community is the exception: it is one brief split between its readers, so each person pays a small amount.

Which plans include Slack and Telegram?

Team includes both. Community includes Telegram. Professional and Professional Plus are read on the web and by email.

What is an agent?

One subject you have described, and the thing that works from it: it searches, reads, and writes that subject's briefing on its schedule.

How does Community work?

A group of at least 3 people shares one brief, and each person pays $2 a month with their own card. From 11 people the price is $1 each. If some members want another brief, those members pay the same again for it, and it starts once enough of them have joined to cover it.

Is there a free plan?

No. Every briefing costs money to produce, in search fees and model usage, from the first one. The public briefs are free to read without an account.

Can I pay now?

Not yet. Relay is in private beta and billing has not started. Access is by code, and it is free for the period that comes with your code. These are the prices that will apply after that.
