Skild AI says its robot software has reached $100M in run-rate revenue across more than 60 companies

Why it matters
This is evidence of a robotics capability moving beyond lab demonstrations into paid operational use, with deployments claimed at hundreds of machines and more than 60 companies. It remains an enterprise capability rather than something ordinary people can access: the reported customers are cafes in Japan and warehouses in the United States, and European availability and regulatory clearance are unresolved.
What happened
Skild AI says its software has been running on hundreds of robots at more than 60 companies, ten months after its first commercial deployment, and has reached $100 million in recurring-revenue run-rate. Its S1 model is claimed to learn tasks from a single video, including sequences longer than 10 minutes, and to perform some tasks absent from its training data; Skild reports 96% performance on seen tasks and 66% on unseen ones. These figures have not been independently validated in the report. The European Union’s Machinery Regulation will begin covering AI safety functions and machines with self-evolving behaviour on 20 January 2027, requiring notified-body assessment, but Skild has not said whether it sells into Europe and no such assessment has yet occurred.
