What I ask Relay to watch for

I track how systems get exploited and how institutions respond — or fail to. Tell me when fraud in government programs is documented at scale, when audits, inspector-general reports, or investigations reveal warnings that were ignored, when procurement corruption or benefit fraud is charged or proven, when tenancy, asylum, welfare, or tax rules are being systematically gamed and the design flaw that allows it, and when officials neglect enforcement duties — in the US and Europe, any group, any collar, from street-level scams to political corruption. What I want per story: the exploited design flaw and what the responsible institution did or didn't do. Skip individual scam anecdotes, unproven corruption allegations, partisan accusations without documents, and opinion pieces about decline.
